Lease from Sir John Hales to Sir John Barnard of Abington, Northamptonshire and others, trustees [manuscript], 1669 March 22.

Lease for 99 years for White Fryers and the White Bull Inn, Coventry, Warwickshire, settled to secure portions for the younger children of Christopher Hales as intended by the settlement of January 28, 1658, in lieu of Whitmore Park, which was to be included in the jointure of Ann Johnson, the intended wife of Sir John, the son and heir of Christopher. One of the tenants was Thomas Shacksperr.
